(for minor children visiting the treatment plant)
If you are bringing minor children to visit our treatment plant, please print out the Parent/Guardian Waiver Liability Form. Ask a parent or guardian of each child to sign the form. When you arrive at the treatment plant for your tour, please give the signed forms to our receptionist.
